Exchange & Return Policy

Your Satisfaction is very important to us. Please read our Return Policy throughly before placing an order. 

Unlike many of our competitors we do offer Exchanges or Returns for Store Credit on non-clearance Dresses only. We do not offer Exchanges or Store Credit on Clearance Sale Dresses, Shoes, Jewlery or other Accessories. 
We do not refund.

All Sales are final on any Dress marked with the following statement: "This is a Sale item and All Sales are Final. No Exchanges or Returns.

If you would like to Exchange an item that you purchased from ThePromDressOutlet.com please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. You must receive a Return Authorization Number to be eligible to send a Dress back to Exchange or to receive Store Credit. Dresses that are eligible for exchange or return must also be received before the Wear Date that you specified when you placed your order.

All Exchanges or Returns for Store Credit will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. The customer is responsible for shipping fees to return the original dress to our warehouse as well as any difference in price.

To obtain a Return Authorization Number please follow these instructions:

1) Login to the "My Account" tab of ThePromDressOutlet.com. 
2) Go to your Completed Orders, then click Return Item next to the item(s) you wish to return. 
3) Complete the Return Request Form.


Once a Return Authorization Number has been issued we must receive your item(s) within 7 business days or the package will not be accepted. You are responsible for paying the shipping fees to return the item(s) to our warehouse. 

Please do not ship your order back to us until you have received a Return Authorization Number
The Return Authorization Number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package that your item is being returned in. We cannot identify packages without a Return Authorization Number clearly marked. Unauthorized returns will remain unopened and donated to charity.

For a dress to be accepted for an 
Exchange or Store Credit it must be in the same condition as when it was originally shipped with all tags attached and intact. Items must not be altered, damaged, soiled, stained, torn, and must be free of offensive odors (i.e. smoke). All returned dresses must be on a hanger and wrapped in plastic then carefully folded and packaged securely in the original or comparable packaging as it was shipped. Upon receipt of your package we will inspect the items to be sure they meet the standards for an exchange specified above. You will receive an email notifying you that your Exchange has been processed and when you may expect delivery or to advise that Store Credit has been issued. If an item for Exchange is rejected for any reason you, the customer, will be responsible for any shipping charges to return the items to you. 

If you feel that we have overlooked something or your order is incorrect please accept our apology and notify us within 
3 business days of the problem so that we can correct it for you as quickly as possible. Use our Contact Form to send us an email and be sure to include your Name, Address, Order Number and specify your concerns.
